The Teeling distillery is one of the few distilleries that opened again after the Irish whiskey industry went downhill. The nose: Very light, with a little vanilla and spices. The taste: Very light on the tongue and bitterness. Quite some oakiness. The finish: Not to long with fading bitterness .
