After returning home from a European tour, and recording of "Meet Me In Paris" in the summer of 2015, Coo Coo Birds set to work on sessions for what would become "Dark White" immediately. The songs were written, recorded and produced by the band in the chapel and basement of their home studio at the Convent Arts Collective in San Francisco, CA. "Dark White" marks the first studio release by Coo Coo Birds that feature new members Gray Tolhurst and Joshua Cook.
