In the past century the USMNT have gone from unlikely dreamers to daring underdogs to a team the rest of the world no longer looks forward to facing. Here are a few moments highlighting some of the excitement these "late bloomers" have given us. Complete with a comically patriotic score from joke-punk legends "FEAR", these clips stem from about 1992 to the present (2013 for time travelers). From a WC-1994 squad, whom everyone wrote off only to have their mouths left agape after the feisty American upstarts eliminated tournament favorites Colombia; to a WC-2014-bound roster, who effortlessly dominated their qualifying campaign whilst mercifully allowing a certain regional rival to also join them at the World Cup.
