Mod with Me – Menowa* Reimei Mod + Review HD

Note: Apologies for missing the Z-Grips in the intro scene. Completely didn’t realize they weren’t there haha. Z-Grips are a nice sub for the Ball Sharp Pen, and apparently they’re a much smoother grip (in VT’s opinion). Other Thoughts and Extra Review: It feels a lot like the old school Japanese mods, e.g. Seven G3, Seven WC, Nikoo G3. After spinning it for a couple days, I definitely get the Japanese mod vibe from it. It eerily has the same vibe as my Menowa* Mod - mine has a Bic Round Stick Grip Grip section to hold it together so it feels more hollow. This vibe probably comes from the overgripping on both mods. It sure feels expensive, but honestly I still like my Reimei KT. The smoothness of the Reimei Mod is on par with the Springfield SC Replica (HGG). Not that much momentum, but smooth af. It’s also pretty insane for wipers because of all that grip. The more you spin the Reimei Mod, the better it gets. It takes a lot of getting used to – it’s super stylish/smooth and good for stalls. Not the best mod in the world though, and it’s pretty costly imo. I think most of the reason it performs well is because of all the overgripping and the mod length. I don’t recommend using Penzgears, BUT if you want to make one without breaking your wallet, I made a Penzgear one with Penwish O-rings spaced in the middle: [Penzgear] (Penwish O Ring) [Penzgear]. This makes it feel really similar to the OG one, but it doesn’t feel too heavy like a 3 Penzgear Reimei mod. The 3 Penzgear version performs really well TBH (was able to multi-bust with it pretty well), but you definitely lose that nice, smooth feel once you put 3. Penzgears are 0.7g while Tects are 0.4g. Feel free to ask me about the mod if you want. I’m not Menowa* level, but I thought the mod was pretty interesting and sure feels nice.
