Es handelt sich um 25 qm Altbau. Neben Stuckdecke ist im Zimmer ein Schreibtisch, ein Drehstuhl und ein Futonsofa inbegriffen (inkludiert in der Miete, keine Ablöse!). Das Zimmer selbst ist rechteckig geschnitten und sehr hell durch zwei straßenseitige Fenster. Den Rest der Wohnung nenne ich mal "funktional": Ein kleines, schmales Bad mit Duschwanne und Fenster und eine mittelgroße Wohnküche inklusive dem Wichtigsten an Equipment (Waschmaschine, Töpfe, Geschirr, Besteck etc). Obendrein gibt es einen sehr netten, unkomplizierten, holländischen Mitbewohner dazu:-) Er legt Wert auf gelegentliche gemeinsame Freizeitgestaltung und ein lockeres Miteinander. Die Lage ist unschlagbar: Bestes Nordend, U5 vor der Tür bindet schnell an die Innenstadt an (welche fußläufig in zehn Minuten erreicht ist), Apotheken, Grünflächen, Kneipen und Supermärkte liegen zu euren Füßen ums Eck.
