This fifth size will be displayed at the EIMA fair at Mitas stand A1 in Hall 14. The universal HCM tyre fits best into the municipal segment, where adaptability of use on different terrains, machines and applications is needed. Its cascade design tread lugs promote traction in snowy, muddy and wet conditions and provides optimal self-cleaning properties. The tyre has a speed symbol D allowing speeds up to 65km/h. Under 3.2 bar and at 50km/h it can carry loads of 5,985kg. It has a diameter of 1.83 metres. The Mitas HCM is a versatile tyre that can be fitted on agricultural and industrial tractors, handlers and loaders, and is also suitable for agricultural, municipal, construction and forestry applications, among others. The D speed category means they are well prepared for road transportation too. Mitas says its HCM boasts low noise emissions and vibration due to different length of pitches and their alignment along the circumference. The specific cascade shape of the tread lugs, which resemble steps, supports better traction and self-cleaning properties. In winter conditions, they can be equipped with spikes for better traction.
