Atlantic Charter Day – August 14, 2021 1:00 pm-3:00 pm (Eastern Time) In August, 1941 Winston Churchill and Franklin Delano Roosevelt met in secret in Placentia Bay, Newfoundland. Together they produced the Atlantic Charter, a statement of the principles on which they aimed to build a postwar world order. Please join with us as we mark the 80th anniversary of this historic moment. Program: 1:00 pm Hon.
