Constant C Productions/Amblin Television/Warner Bros. Television (1994/2001)

From the "ER" pilot on PAL DVD releases. This "Produced and Distributed by" version of the 2001 Warner Bros. TV logo is probably the rarest version of the 2001 logo. This is because this is the only release to my knowledge in which the widescreen version is used. And it only appeared on the pilot on PAL DVD releases. All other releases use just "Distributed by" and the iTunes release uses the 2000 WBTV logo.
