Pawan Express crossing freight HD

With lots of pawan force, KYN WCAM-3 approaching Kasara with loads of LTT/Lokmanya Tilak Terminus - MFP/Muzaffarpur Junction: Pawan Express. Train was climbing the gradient with nice curvature. I was about to rotate my camera along with loco but heard sound from other direction and that was of twin WCAG-1 holding dead WDG-4 with Concor load. We were amazed to see, why they have given twin WCAG-1 power to this freight which could have easily descend this gradient with WDG-4.
