Ok - so you may know this from the 1998 movie ‘The Big Lebowski’ where this is the Dude’s signature drink… but the origins pre-date the movie by at least 30 years. This is a riff on the famous Black Russian cocktail, and probably the progenitor of the mudslide. Whatever; it’s a sweet 3 ingredient cocktail that’s dessert in a glass. P.s. Don’t wimp out and use milk instead of cream: The Dude wouldn’t be impressed.
