Setting up VirtualBox: 1. Uninstall Chroma GUI and STM32 USB drivers 2. Install VirtualBox and Virtualbox Extensions 3. Download Windows 8.1 Virtual Machine 4. Install VirtualBox Guest Additions/Addons 5. Install all Chroma related software into the virtualized system 6. Add the HHobby 380QX USB device filter to VirtualBox 7. Virtualbox setup complete. Take a snapshot! Connecting Chroma / Using the GUI (REBOOT BEFORE DOING THIS): 1. Connect USB cable to PC and Chroma 2. Turn on the Chroma, should blink rapidly. 3. Start Virtualbox. Check settings to verify HHobby 380qx usb has initialized. 4. Boot VirtualBox and start the GUI. Give it a few minutes to connect. 5. Your Chroma should connect and work again.
