Add wifi to your Bigtreetech mainboard/touchscreen - ESP-01S guide HD

I’ve had plenty of requests to make a guide on adding a Bigtreetech ESP-01S WIFI module to SKR boards and TFT touch screens, so here it is. While nowhere near as good as Octoprint, it is very cheap and could be useful. The situation is sure to improve thanks to the developer behind the firmware and web interface. These steps may be compatible with other ESP8266 hardware but there is no guarantee.
