React: Revisiting Contacts Collection HD

We revisit the contacts collection component to bring it up to scratch with the rest of the application. We start off by fixing some deprecation warnings in the component and fixing some issues with webpack config. We also setup a new store to prepare us for the refactoring process in the next episode.
