How to make Google Chrome scroll like Opera

Steps : 1. Open Google Chrome 2. go to chrome web store from new tab 3. search "smoothscroll" 4. add extension named smoothscroll to chrome 5. new tab will be opened, click "show setting panel" 6. edit your settings 7. click on save settings 8.
