LEEF IBridge 3 Defective Device HD

UPDATE: They sent me a new DEFECTIVE ibridge 3 and they refuse to take it back or honor their warranty. THINK TWICE BEFORE PURCHASING FROM THIS COMPANY. A Nightmare to deal with!!!! @leef_USA Purchased the Ibridge 3 made by Leef Company www.leefco.com 10 months ago. The product has a five year warranty. 4 months after purchasing ii i took it out of my Iphone SE where it worked fine and using the USB attempted to connect to my IMACs (30 running OS 10.13.1 that their website says is compatible with OS 9-12. It worked but would disconnect occasionally. It progressively got worse and worse and in September it was unusable in the computer. The USB connects and disconnects and connects continually rendering it unable to transfer files. The company as of yet will not honor the warranty or even deal with the issue. Keep giving me bogs solution for the ophone where it works fine. Just a runaround trying useless solutions to wear you down. Then telling me after weeks of these failures they said the developers are working on it but still did not even answer my question.
