Overview of My Weight Gain Journey Week 1: *Weigh in: 109lbs; Week 1 target: 111lbs; Overall goal: 125lbs Meal Plan *1 cup of my sweet potatoe shake Roughly 156 calories (3 baked sweet potatoes, 6 bananas, 1/2 gallon of soy milk, 1/2 gallon of 2% milk, sugar, brown sugar & honey -all sweeting is to your taste-) Breakfast * two pieces of French toast on wheat bread, 3 pieces of turkey bacon, 2 cups of red seedless grapes Snack #1 Yogurt with granola and nuts (Fisher ice cream toppers, from walmart) Apple Lunch Salad- baby lettuce & spinach mix, 1 hard boiled egg, cheese, cruttons, sunflower seeds & italian dressing Snack #2 1/4 of a cup of Cajun trail mix (from walmart) Dinner Baked tilapia, sauteed spinach with onions and jalapenos , mac n cheese & rolls Snack #3 2 homemade chocolate chip cookies with a glass of milk *1 cup of my sweet potatoe shake total calories:2750 Workout routine- 50 squats, 30 bicycles and 25 wall ups
