DADADADA.DA - 舞蹈日@屯門大會堂 Dance day @ Tuen Mun Town Hall 2017.12.3 Conntemporary Artistic Physical Expression Education (Hong Kong) Namstrops × Unlock Dancing Plaza × Miyazaki University Contemporary Artistic Physical Expression Education (Hong Kong) is a dance educational partnership and collaboration between Namstrops (Japan), Miyazaki University (Japan) and Unlock Dancing Plaza (Hong Kong). The collaboration’s approach is based on “project-base learning for creative dance” offered by Chiyoe Matsumoto, Professor Emeritus of Ochanomizu University, developed from the method of “Contemporary Artistic Physical Education” and “Expression Physical Education” by Rumiko Takahashi, Professor of Miyazaki University (Dance Education). The philosophy and methodology of the collaboration is to combine sport, art and education. The “Creative Dance” programme, created by Namstrops, has been developed as official syllabus in school physical education in Japan. The distribution of the programme materials in Hong Kong is being conducted by Unlock Dancing Plaza.
