Typhoon Kammuri slightly stronger - 9pm PHT Nov 29 HD

Typhoon Kammuri has continued to struggle over the course of today in the face of high wind shear, but cloud tops are still impressively firing near the center of the cyclone, and some more intensification is starting this evening. The storm is expected to impact the Philippines early next week. Rapid intensification is possible at any point prior to this, and a Category 3 or 4 landfall is still expected in Catanduanes or Luzon. Kammuri is a Stage 7 on the CDPS Scale, with catastrophic impacts possible and up to 500mm of rainfall in parts of the Philippines.
