Panama, San Blas, jungle-river hiking HD

As we used to sail on board of the German Brigg Roald Amundsen along the coast of Panama, we visited the Guna Yala people and made an amazing hiking tour - upwards walking and downstairs swimming in the jungle river. Without the natives, I would never swim in a tropical river.. Who knows, what is waiting for you below the water surface?!
