January 2014 marks 20 years of me teaching Samirs Combat Reaction, a system recognized as Goshin Ryu Seif Jiu Jitsu in 2010.It has been quite a journey and continues to be my life passion.It has carved its scars and its character on me.The best of my life has been with the men and woman that helped me create and develop a combatives system to prepare civilians and non civilians for true combat in the street and in close quarter confrontations in war with weapons.It is ongoing,progressive and constantly evolving to meet todays challenge in human and mechanized combat. Deep and sincere thanks to those that have walked the path of the warrior with me,and those that continue to walk the path.I loved you then,and I love you now.My legacy is held by you,the art that continues to grow and spread in your hearts.Let us protect ourselves,protect the weak,protect those cannot protect themselves.This is the art for the common man,in uncommon circumstances.This is the art to have when you are at the wrong place at the wrong time.It is the art of compassion,yet the art of avenging injustice.It is Samirs Combat Reaction-The way of the warrior.
