I draw my inspiration from many sources and lead by example. I broke my spine playing sports and again in an auto accident as well as virtually tearing my leg off in another accident. At 48 that has not slowed me down. I have seen people in wheel chairs who are tremendous athletes. Not tremendous athletes for being disabled -tremendous athletes period. Having a shot at the ANW course last year was one of the greatest sports moments of my life. I entered into a new phase in my life with this incredible group I call my Ninja family. We are constantly posting our exploits of bigger and better more incredible athletic footage. In addition to my family "My Ninjas" drive me and fuel the message I drive home to my clients and patients. This is the message I share.
