Hello, in this video, I will be reviewing Wacom Bamboo Pen and Touch. **IF IT GLITCHES OR DOES NOT WORK** 1)Turn comp off, plug in, turn it back on, DO NOT TOUCH THE TABLET, go to bamboo preferences, if it opens, it works if it doesnt, go to #2 2)Reinstall drivers with latest ones: www.wacom.com restart comp, follow #1 and shud work, if not, go to #3 3)Shut down, plug in another USB port, turn on, and follow #1, if it works, great if not, go here: www.wacom.com email customer support, they will reply within 48 hours.
