Wacom Cintiq Pro 16 display issue HD

Model DTH-1620 UPDATE: I had to call Wacom customer service EVERYDAY to expedite the process. Wacom ended up sending me a new Cintiq which thankfully worked. The new Cintiq that was sent only worked with laptop/computer/tablet made within the last two years or so. I have tested the new Cintiq on .... (1) Acer laptop (via mini-display port) and did NOT work. (2) Next I tested it on Microsoft Surface Book (via mini-display port) and DID WORK. (3) Finally I tested on my new MSI stealth pro (via thunder bolt/UBS type C) and DID WORK. My conclusion is if your Cintiq gets these multicolor screens you should contact Wacom ASAP. And call them everyday! I cannot emphasize this enough. Despite their great customer service, they can be frustratingly slow at processing and you need to bug them to get things done. TLDR: There is no known fix for this issue. Call customer service ASAP and get your cintiq replaced. If you have any other questions leave comments below.
