Engineering Expo 2017 - RFID GATE ACCESS SYSTEM PROJECT HD

Today, attendance of students is a very important issue at schools. All parents have anxiety about attendance of their children. Nowadays, School is considered as a second home. Students, teachers, staff spent most of the time in school. The number of violence incidences in schools is increasing. This happens because schools do not take the security seriously. Most schools feel that they are unsafe by just security guard in the entrance. Actually They are not secured. Strangers who were not students find a way of going inside the school. In other cases, student can also enter the school without wearing uniforms or sometimes if they forget to bring their own ID card, they try to borrow other student’s identification card. So the current attendance system lacks of automation, insecure, and inefficient. Our project will fix the security problems controlling student, parent, and staff entry via RFID ID cards to school with displaying their photo and name on a screen through HDMI. And then security guard will match the students, parents, and staff with the picture on the screen. If they match, they can get it in. if not, they cannot get in the school.
