Hence, the teeth appeared very small resulting in a unesthetic smile. Carried out treatment: After obtaining the diagnostic records (panoramic X-ray, digital photographs, 3-D scan) we restored occlusal surface of the posterior teeth with flowable composite and removed the excess bone and gum for the upper front teeth with a small operation (apical repositioned flap). After a healing period of two months the upper front teeth from canine the canine were prepared and six veneers placed.
