blower bypass valve: twincharged ca18det supercharged turbo by-pass twincharger

a short demo of what may be commonly used, but i find it so cheap & simple that it needs to be shared. Grab an old throttle valve, a wastegate actuator off an old turbo, mate them together via a bracket & you have a means of regulating boost on a blower (bleed off to atmosphere when target boost is reached), a means of by-passing a blower in a twincharged application (once target boost is reach, valve opens), or put a vacuum actator on it and use it as a blower bypass at idle. I have used these for years & they are a cheap & smooth way of regulating air-flow. I use three on my twincharged system. Have a look at the boost curve on my dyno (other vid) & you will see it works good enough to get the job done.
