Late fee waiver for late filing of GSTR-1 for tax periods between July 2017 and November 2019, if filed by 10 January 2020. Provisional ITC to now be restricted to 10% of eligible ITC instead of 20%, ITC for invoices or debit notes not reflected in GSTR-2A. Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) to be released for the benefit of tax officers about actions taken for non-filing of GSTR-3B, to capture fake ITC claims.
