Flow Hospitality Training HD

The FLOW hospitality training package is a programme of 10 online modules which cover all of the fundamental areas of service and legislative training for staff working in hospitality, from waiter training, customer service skills and cocktail making, to food safety and health and safety training. Credible hospitality training is required for people entering the hospitality world at all levels, from part time waiting staff and bartenders to those looking to climb the career ladder. All of our online training modules have been endorsed by both the Institute of Hospitality and the SQA (Scottish Qualifications Authority).
