Fast heart: running during a heat wave HD

This was recorded immediately after a 12km run in hot and humid weather (approx. 39 degrees Celsius) and I also used the stairs to go up 14 floors instead of taking the elevator home. It’s actually the first time that my heart failed to recover and slow down within the first minute. Perhaps the heat and exhaustion took toll on my heart this time.
