Ingredients for skin : 330g glutinous rice flour (糯米粉) 100g caster sugar (细砂糖) 3 tbsp oil (油) *300ml ramie leaves mixture (厝叶混合物) Ingredients for filling : 2 tbsp oil (油) 1 tbsp chopped garlic (蒜茸) 200g sweet dried radish, washed and drained (甜菜脯碎,洗净,沥干) 1/2 tsp dark soy sauce (黑酱油) 1/2 tsp pepper (胡椒粉) 1 tbsp sugar (砂糖) 2 tbsp water (水) *60g dried ramie leaves (干厝叶) 700ml water (水) 1/2 tsp alkaline water (碱水) Method: Cook the ramie leaves until softened.
