Physical and Mental Fitness for The Entire Family
This video covers the following simple warm-up exercises that you can do with your entire family. 1- Neck rotation to the left (10 times) 2- Neck rotation to the right (10 times) 3- Neck movement to the right and left (10 times) 4- Neck movement twice down and once up (10 times) 5- Hands on shoulders and shoulder rotation to the front (10 times) 6- Hands on shoulders and shoulder rotation to the back (10 times) 7- Hand in front of the chest and pulling towards the back – twice short and once all the way. 8- Hands in front of chest and moving twice to the left and twice to the right (10 times) 9- Hands on hips and hip rotation to the left (10 times) 10- Hands on hips and hip rotation to the right (10 times) 11- Hands on knees and knee rotation to the left 12- Hands on the knees and knee rotation to the right 13- Hands on knees and bend knees twice down and once up. 14- Grab your ankles and holds (don’t bend your knees) 15- Grab your left ankle and hold 16- Grab your right ankle and hold 17- Hand on the floor and try to touch elbows to the ground twice (10 times) 18- Hand on the floor and hold 19- Sit on the floor and bring left leg in, grab your left bent knee and look back 20- Grab your right ankle and try to touch your forehead to your knee 21- Bring your right leg in and hold your right knee and look back 22- Grab your left ankle and try to touch your forehead to the knee 23- Butterfly stretch (join both feet and try to push your knees to the floor) 24- Lie down on your back and lift up your legs and hold 25- Leg raises (10 times) 26- Jumping Jacks (50) 27- Breathing. #kickboxing #warmup
