Keyboard for Surface Pro 4 (and 3) HD

If you already own, or considering getting a Surface Pro 4 (or 3), then this keyboard is an absolute ‘no brainer’. Granted the Surface Pro range is an excellent Windows Laptop capable of multitasking and running very well, but the keyboard ‘soups up’ everything. All of a sudden your great tablet, turns into a fully-fledged laptop. The keyboard doesn’t feel small at all. It’s back-lit, which is great in dark conditions. It’s fully magnetised so it not only snaps nicely into place, it all can be angled up when in the typing position and a further strip of magnets lock the keyboard in a slightly ‘ramped’ angle for much more comfortable typing. That’s the main thing I love about this keyboard. It’s the epitome of ergonomic design. It feels great, has all the functions you’d need on a standard keyboard, including ‘Print Screen’, ‘Page Up’, Page Down’ and EVEN a dedicated ‘Delete’ key not just the standard ‘backspace’ that I would have imagined on a keyboard of this size. All the F-keys have secondary functions you’d expect on a laptop such as, volume up and down and brightness adjustment. I can’t speak highly enough about this. Clearly not a cheap copy that a 3rd party may attempt to make, it’s brilliant. Technically, as an optional extra, this is an accessory. However, now having used it…I’d say it’s a necessity. Why stick with a tablet when you can turn it into a laptop so effortlessly? And did I say it works as a cover too? Nice one Microsoft. You nailed this one!
