HTC One Capacitive Buttons Not Working HD

The HTC One is without a doubt one of the best phones at the moment, unfortunately I am experiencing issues with the capacitive buttons below the screen. The home and back button randomly stop working for up to 1 minute. The only way to fix it is by waiting or locking and unlocking the phone.
