(Latitude C Family). Bios version: A14 Processor: Pentium III Operating system: Windows XP (Professional) Model No: PPX Ref number: 99080 IC class: C ICES-3 The Issues: 1. My Dell computer does not start up properly: I will push the on-button and the green start-up / power light will come on, but the computer will not start. There will be no sound of the computer working. Then, the light will turn off a few seconds later. How or when I press the on-button makes no difference. 2. At random, the blue screen of death will appear.
