Accommodation in KALPA | Backpacking Kinnaur & Spiti Valley | Vlog 02 HD

There is not much in this vlog except me sharing our experience on the first day after reaching Kinnaur Valley. We found an accommodation in Kalpa village and spent the first day just resting as the journey to get to Kinnaur from Delhi after taking 4 buses was quite tiring. Every place in Kinnaur quoted us 1200 to 1500. However, after visiting almost every place, I found a place in the village. There are 3 homestays in the village as of now. Praness homestay where we stayed is the cheapest and you got to be lucky to find a place there as they have just 2 rooms. While the other 2 homestays charge Rs 800 and they have more rooms. I also found Hotel Alpine Crest where we had dinner, one of the best hotels around with balcony and rooms facing Kinnaur Kailash mountain. The rooms there costed Rs 1200 which is not bad if your travelling with 2 friends on a moderate budget.
