Major Problem Wacom 27 QHD Cintiq HD

I`m using dual monitor set up with Windows 10 with my 27 inch cintiq. When I put the pen on the screen the cursor go to the other monitor. It kind of feel the cursor is moving farther right to the screen. Because one when it at the edge of the of the far left of the cintiq it almost in sink. But as soon as I even move it a little it start moving farther right. But the time the pen get to the middle it`s on the other monitor. When I go to the Wacom Tablet Properties. When I go pick a monitor it wound`t let me select a monitor. I don`t what going on here. If it`s a Wacom vs Windows thing or it has something to do with that fact that my other monitor is a Samsung monitor. I also have a Intuos pro large that could be interfering.
