taken from the 1990 album "cowboys from Hell" to me Darrell"dimebag" Abbott encapsulated the whole idea of heavy metal, which is evident in his music. he also had such an a great ersonality that radiated from all his interviews and his music. a great influence on my playing in a decade that saw the end of "hair metal" bands, which left me personally wondering what to listen to!! sadly, "dimebag" was cruelly taken away from us when he was shot by someone who managed to get through security and actually shoot him on stage in 2004. Dimebag is sorely missed, but his influence will never be forgotten. hope you like my version
