Papaoutai Dance Fitness Cooldown/Balance/Toning
I choreographed this to be a balance routine for my Zumba Gold classes (I give my classes level 1 hands on waist/toe on ground. level 2, hold arms out , level 3 lift leg. Tree is at the ankle.)
