Méta Zenekar- Tavaszi Szél (Kalotaszeg) HD

18.10.2017
A tribute mainly to the Hungarian soldiers of the Austro-Hungarian Empire. It has been over 100 years since the start of the First World War, and I thought now would be a good time to start making some tributes to people who took part in such a catastrophic event. The song used is a Hungarian folk tune (Tavaszi Szél- Spring Breeze) from Transylvania. Transylvania is a region which was apart of Hungary until the end of the war when the Romanians obtained the region from the Entente Powers. The photos and paintings were used to remember great battles that took place on the Eastern Front and the Italian Font. Remembering battles such as the Siege of Przemyśl, the 12 Battles of Isonzo, the Battle of Galicia and Doberdò. The Brusilov Offensive, the Battle of Limanowa, Battle of Asiago, along with other major battles such as the Great Retreat, etc. I would like to make more tributes to different factions and fronts of World War I as well as continue making more videos to my Táncház series. I hope you all enjoy!
