As I am a teacher, I have discovered that teachers have to play various roles in their day to day life. One of the major roles is of that we play during an open house. We teachers have to make sure we make parents understand how their child is doing in school and what are the needs of the students. but it is not that simple. because there are different types of parents that we come across in these meetings.
