KSH Infrastructure is in the business of building and leasing out Logistics & Industrial Infrastructure. In 2013 we inaugurated our Multi Modal Logistics & Industrial Park at Talegaon (spread over 50,000 square meters). At the park we intend on building 2,50,000 square feet of warehousing & industrial infrastructure, of which 1,50,000 square feet is under construction. KSH has also partnered with the Pacific Century Group of Hong Kong for this initiative, and envisions developing in excess of 1 million square feet over the next 18 to 24 months in Talegaon & Chakan area.
