В карте poland rebuild а так же Promods 2.30 Legacy Compability Fix нужно найти файл manifest.sii и удалить строчку compatible_versions[]: "1.32.*" после сохраните и согласитесь на обновление в архиве. Тогда все станет доступно. Перекинуть в папку Мои Документы - Euro Truck Simulator 2 - mod. Зайти в Euro Truck Simulator 2 - создать новый профиль или зайти в готовый, подключить моды в модификациях как показано в видео. Приятной игры.
