(Outdated) How to Install a DayZ Epoch 1.0.6.1 Server HD

This install does not work with 1.0.6.2. Note: I forgot to add some of the permissions to the dayz user that it needs to manage the database. I added alter, create, index, and references and it seems to be working correctly. make sure you give the dayz user enough permissions to manage the database.
