I forgot to mention in the video that this is a "one shot" install. So make sure you are super fast when installing it to make sure no dust gets on the screen. I aligned the home button first and then aligned the ear piece and dropped it on. Make sure you press the edges all the way around the device and do not press from the middle out. It will seal itself better doing it my way.
