DAYZ 1.7.2.4 & 95417 - Graphic glitches at NW airfield HD

So today I updated my gfx-drivers, restarted and switched a lot of settings to see if I would be able to fix the bugs from yesterday. But there was simply no fix for this, 1.7.2.4 is completely glitched and I deem it unplayable. Downgrading to 1.7.2.3 works, and I no longer have these issues except sometimes nearby barbed wire.
