DayZ Standalone - HUGE GLITCH - How to get out of it! HD

http://www.gameanyone.com Ok so basically this a glitch that happened to me and another survivor i ran into basically when you are in the prisons on the airfields you are able to get pushed through or valt to the wall and i managed to get out but i dont know if it will work for every one.
