Battle Club Pro-They All Fall Down Highlights HD
10 insane matches, with everything from a contrast of styles matches and technical and submission showcases, to Tag Team wars and debuts of top indie performers, Battle Club Pro’s first-anniversary show was a massive success. Matches: Pre-Show: Brought to You by Wrestlers’ Lab: 13th Floor: Trevor Aeon and Ike Cross vs. The Diamond Dogs: Luke Langley and Graham Bell: A wild back and forth that saw Bell hit the Codebreaker and Langley finish him off with the Stomp from the top rope. After the match, Cross turned on Aeon, locking him in a Liontamer. Gary Jay vs. Darius Carter: This was stiff as Jay hit a ton of chops on Carter’s chest, but couldn’t put Carter away. Carter fought back with a beautiful German Suplex and a Belly to Back Release front Suplex, as well as a top-rope-assisted Spike DDT, but Jay was vigilant. Carter eventually got a win with a beautiful Running Foreclosure Code-Breaker. Anthony Bowens vs. Tracy “Hot Sauce” Williams: Bowens showed that he could hang with the submission specialist in an entertaining bout. Williams was his usual submission-friendly self, locking in a modified Octopus Stretch and a Tear Drop Suplex. Williams also surprised with a nice Jumping Brainbuster a plethora of strikes. Bowens ended up with the win after Bowens manned up and hit the Bowens Boom after he escaped from a Williams Crossface. Federated: Mike Orlando and Mik Drake w/Mr. Martinez vs. The Ugly Ducklings: Lance and Rob w/Coach Mikey: This was an absolute war that spilled to the outside and was stiff as hell. The Ducks had the crowd in the palm of their hands, but Federated were, of course, powerhouses. The Ducks brought the high-flying spots though and weren’t scared to take chances. Even Coach Mikey made sure he stood up for his team. Drake ended up Powerbombing both members of the Ducks into the referee, leaving the match without an official. The Ducks then hit three double team Cannonballs in a row, but the referee was still out of it. Drake then took out both Ducks with a Double Lariat. Drake then went for a chair shot, but Coach Mikey stopped it and allowed both Ducks to Rollup up Drake for the win. After the match, BCP Commissioner Dave Sturchio Santana Garrett vs. Jordynne Grace: Garrett was impressive, landing a ton of strikes and plenty of her signature maneuvers, but Grace was dominant with strikes and eventually won with the Bearhug. Shane “The Iron Demon” vs. Kyle The Beast: An absolute war that is impossible to call move by move. Both competitors impressed with power, but surprised with spots and strikes. The Beast was slain, but just barely, as Mercer won with a Spanish Fly Powerslam variation dubbed the Moonsault And Battery. Mr. Grimm vs. PB Smooth vs. Alan Angels: Smooth impressed with his strength, while Angels was able to sell and hit plenty of maneuvers of his own. Grimm was rarely ever really in trouble though and was able to withstand the onslaught, winning with the Contract Complete Spinning Tombstone Piledriver, a
