Wipeout 2048 - c2-12828-1 / standard error HD

In this video you can see me getting two errors. c2-12828-1, I already have configured my port fowarding that I should not be getting that problem anymore. I am also getting a "failing to connect" which seems very strange. This is european version, country - ireland, if that makes a difference I have re- installed and re updated, no change I have tried disabling wifi, no change, same with flight mode. Hopefully gets fixed up soon,my other online games work fine for the record. EDIT : updating to the latest firmware fixes all issues.
