Jack lived quietly as a human. He had everything. He had a lovely family, a great boyfriend and a life worth living. But one day, her sister became ill. He could hardly believe it, the person he loved most in the world was going to die. So he made a sacrifice for the life of his sister: his own life. The boy died, but the nature of his sacrifice made him reborn, slightly changed. They say that with great power comes great responsability, and in the case of Jack, that power ended consuming his soul. He turned into an evil spirit, but he still retained part of his humanity. So he went and asked Hiccup to come with him. Hiccup refused and Jack went mad. Finally, Hiccup is destined to kill what they used to call Jack, feeling his heart breaking as his arrow extinguished the life of the one that used to be his boyfriend.
