Trainz 19 Railfanning: CSX Shared Assets reroutes (5/14-15/2019) HD

On May 14th, 2019, Q438 experienced multiple mechanical issues at CP 55 with a distributed power unit that snarled up the CSX Shared Assets Line for most of the day, and required the use of both tracks there to fix it. As a result of the delays incurred by this dilemma, and congestion from a single track situation from Selkirk to North Bergen, management decided to combine some trains, and detour the priority trains for the third time in under a month.
